Top service and the guys are great down to earth, so helpful with anything. I went from an all Electric house to gas central heating and what a difference it’s made! The guys made me feel at ease with the change! Even after the works been done they are still so supportive and keep in touch. You can’t ask for anymore than that. Amazing service!

Very pleased with boiler installation carried out by Riddex Gas Services. Prompt on arrival and installation went smoothly. Marc and Larry were polite, friendly and knowledgeable and left the work site clean and tidy. I will use them in future for annual service or any other related work.

First-class experience from initial contact to completion of the job. Following an preliminary assessment, the Riddex team made recommendations to flush the system and advised on fitting a new boiler. Communication throughout the process was excellent and they always turned-up exactly when stated. Work was carried out to a very high standard, with no mess left behind. New boiler supplied and fitted, new radiator fitted and system fully flushed. Would highly recommend.

The work was carried out at the exact times and at the price arranged. The workers worked in a very professional manner maintaining a very high standard of work with the minimum disruption whilst keeping the house and surroundings in a very tidy condition. The workers while being very professional maintained an air of friendliness and were helpful in the extreme. I am completely satisfied with the job and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Speaking to the lady in the office was a pleasure. After my boiler being signed off not fit for use I contacted a few companies regarding quotes started with the usual big nationwide firms then I was put in the direction of Iain and Marc a local family business with a great reputation. Marc was in dialogue with my partner and arranged to promptly visit us to discuss the potential of doing the work and a quote . Marc was excellent and explained options and gave us expert advice and put our minds at ease , explained the benefits of moving to a combi system , rather than a straight replacement of the conventional heat boiler we originally had. We decided to move forward and the price was agreed which was outstanding compared to other quotes received prior Marc’s visit . We have a newborn baby , Marc understood our current situation and moved some clients around to attend to our work quicker than possible which showed great understanding on our position with no heating or hot water. Iain , Marc and ally arrived on Wednesday morning , Iain had a chat with my partner and ran her through a step by step guide as to what there work would initial timeframes etc which we were delighted with. The boys completed the job Thursday afternoon . Ultimate professionalism from start to finish , house was left immaculate after both days work. I’ll personally be recommending Iain and Marc to any friends or family that are needing this type of work done in the future. 10/10 service thank you.

We had decided that our 27 year old boiler wasnt up to the job any longer and needed upgraded. I had a look online and seen Ian & Marc had some great reviews and decided on making an appointment for a quotation. From the moment I met Marc, I knew I was in good hands. Very professional and friendly from the first meeting, explaining everything clearly and no pressure at all. We discussed the options and had a quotation over the next morning which I wasn't expecting due to it being a Saturday. I picked our new boiler with a 10 year warranty and had everything confirmed on the Monday and installation date set. On the day of installation Marc, Ian and Ali turned up and did a superb job installing my new boiler. They took the time to answer any questions and were also very respectful of my home and left everything spotless. The new boiler has made a big difference to our house and I'm so happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys it was a pleasure to deal with a good honest company.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Carried out a survey the day after I contacted them and provided advice on what would be best for my circumstances, and I had a competitive quote the next day. Work was carried out less than a week later, to an exceptionally high standard. The company were totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

Replacing a gas boiler which had failed a safety inspection. Correspondence and communication with "the office" in the lead-up was friendly and efficient and, on the day, everything went as expected. Ian and Mark were tidy and quiet when working and the attention to detail with a view to a trouble-free future was impressive. It is well worth having the existing plumbing and radiators flushed as part of the process - the amount of "gunk" cleared from the 12 year old (just!) system would not have been good for the new boiler. It was a pleasure to see good old-fashioned values being applied when everyone seems to be cutting corners these days. As pensioners, it's important to us to have worry-free heating and we are now confident that we have. Thank-you Riddex family for providing an excellent service all around.

This Company were recommended to me, and from first contact I was impressed by their helpful, courteous and very professional manner. I received a quick response to my request for a quote to replace my boiler, with a timely visit and an estimated quote emailed that night. Job was carried out on agreed date and I was charged the exact amount of the estimated quote. Old boiler and all other debris were removed and disposed for me. Full instructions on use of thermostat etc, were clearly explained and I even got a next day check in message. Excellent Company

Marc and Ian, along with Ali, fitted a new boiler for us including a full flush of the system, and also moved a radiator at the same time. From start to finish they were fantastic, from the initial visit and quote through to their work and professionalism on the day. Great father and son team. Work carried out very professionally and to promised timescale. Kept everything very neat and tidy and protected carpets etc. Both Ian and Mark very friendly and professional and talked us through each step of the job (installing a new Combi-boiler and removing old boiler, tank etc and flushing out radiators, installing new radiator valves and thermostats). Left everything very clean and even popped back a few days later to check we were happy with everything. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Marc and Ian. We had a twenty year old boiler replaced. From first meeting Marc when he came to survey the job to the finished installation the team were very professional. Marc explained everything that was needed, giving us a few options. We had the quote next morning. The work was completed within schedule, with excellent workmanship, and hardly any disruption. Needed an emergency repair on my boiler, Marc was able to come quickly, he diagnosed the problem and went direct to the suppliers to get the spare part. Things were fixed super fast. All the time Marc was polite, cheerful and friendly. Would recommend.

Outstandingly clean and efficient work by Marc, Ian and William. I recently moved into a new property which had an outdated electric storage heating system. I was recommended Riddex Gas Services by a friend for a full central heating loop and boiler installation. Marc came out to look at the property and very quickly came up with a working plan for the route that the pipes would take. The property presented challenges due to its layout however Marc figured out a solution to accommodate it. They provided a full invoice prior to commencing the work and stuck to budget. Marc, Ian and William carried out the full installation incredibly efficiently and actually ended up finishing a day ahead of schedule. They were careful to double check radiator and boiler positioning beforehand. The pipework was all neatly installed and aesthetically completely concealed. The guys were great chat and were very friendly, tidy and all round professional. They completed all the work to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to friends.

Ian and Marc set up and installed a new boiler in a different area of the kitchen. The job was completed in the advised timescale even though they came across a few hurdles along the way. The boiler was installed within budget also. The guys were very professional at all times and friendly too. They kept me updated throughout the process and the place was kept very tidy. Their standard of work is very high. They went above and beyond ensuring that their job was finished to a very high standard. We will 100% use the company again and highly recommend them. Marc took the time to go over the boiler with us when it was set up and made sure that we knew how to work the settings before leaving.

Everything about this company is outstanding. They were friendly, they took care of my home as if it was their own. The boiler installed was undertaken with care and attention. Perfect workmanship. Brilliant work from Ian, Marc and William. They responded very quickly to our urgent request when we had a considerable leak! And then they repaired our complicated fault quickly and efficiently. They kept us advised of their visits. They cleaned up after the work really well. And they got the repair mended quickly and got the system up and running more efficiently than before. Very thorough. After installing my elderly Dad’s boiler a few years ago, Ian and Marc carry out annual servicing. They are great with my Dad, taking the time to listen to his stories as well as doing a great job. On this most recent visit, Ian serviced the boiler and gas fire, and fixed a dripping bathroom tap which he noticed while he was here. Totally dependable and reliable.

I can highly recommend Ian & Marc. They installed a new heating system for us and were professional from start to finish. Extremely tidy and well mannered. We will be using them again for future jobs E.g kitchens, bathrooms etc.
